Following completion of the design phase, the City of Roseville will install traffic signals and roadway improvements at the following intersections along Westbrook Boulevard:
- Solaire Drive
- Earl Rush Drive
- Nicole Gee Drive
- Vista Grande Boulevard
- Sierra Village Drive
The project is currently in the design phase, with the construction phase tentatively scheduled to begin in early 2026 and conclude in 2027.
Funding will come from developer-paid Traffic Mitigation Fees.
These fees are gradually collected as development occurs and help the City to construct transportation projects identified in the Capital Improvement Program. Improvements mitigate anticipated traffic impacts from the build-out and construction of existing and new development projects.
