New storm water drainage systems and repairs to the existing storm water system are planned for the following areas starting mid-2026. More information about timing and what residents can expect will be shared ahead of construction once the schedule is finalized.

- Royer Park between Park Drive and Dry Creek
- Edgemont Way east of Crestmont Way
- PFE Road between 1991 PFE Road and Del Road
- Piedmont Way between South Cirby Way and Sheridan Avenue
- East Street Alley behind 406 East Street
