The Emergency Ride Home program provides a FREE and reliable emergency ride home when you use an alternative mode of transportation to get to work like carpooling/vanpooling, biking, walking, or riding the bus or train.

Emergencies which qualify for the program include:
  • Personal or family emergency
  • Illness
  • Carpool/Vanpool partners have an emergency
  • Transit, carpool/vanpool breakdown, or theft of your bicycle
  • Unscheduled overtime at work 
To be eligible for the free Emergency Ride Home program, your employer must be a participating business and you must be registered with NorCalGo.org. Learn more at NorCalGo.org.
