Join us for a walk over the bridge and through Royer Park, stopping for stretches along the way and concluding with even more stretching. Wear you wear athletic shoes and bring a water.

The Couch to Turkey Trot beginner-friendly running program is designed to guide you from little to no activity to running a 5k (3.1 miles) in just 6 weeks. Only two sessions per week doing short intervals of running and walking that gradually increase your stamina. Accessible to all fitness levels and ages. Turkey Trot registration is not required to participate but hope you join us on Thanksgiving morning for an added level of community, camaraderie and accountability.

Join a certified nutrition coach for a tour of Costco. Learn pro tips and tricks for healthy shopping and meal planning. Meet outside the front doors of the New Costco on Baseline Rd. You do not need to be a member to participate in the tour.
