The Couch to Turkey Trot beginner-friendly running program is designed to guide you from little to no activity to running a 5k (3.1 miles) in just 6 weeks. Only two sessions per week doing short intervals of running and walking that gradually increase your stamina. Accessible to all fitness levels and ages. Turkey Trot registration is not required to participate but hope you join us on Thanksgiving morning for an added level of community, camaraderie and accountability.
