Fields are open by reservation only from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Games may begin no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and must conclude by 10:00 p.m., unless otherwise approved by the City.

PVSC includes:
- 10 full-size (11v11) fields (70 x 120 yards)
- 20 mid-size (9v9) fields (50 x 78 yards)
- 20 small-size (7v7) fields (45 x 65 yards)
No. PVSC is a fee-based facility and is not open for drop-in or unscheduled use.
PVSC has approximately 950 parking spaces, including accessible stalls and electric vehicle charging stations. There is no general parking fee. Tournament organizers may be charged parking fees as part of their rental agreement.
PVSC was designed with inclusive access in mind. The complex features accessible parking, restrooms, pathways and seating throughout. The Power Playground offers inclusive play elements, accessible surfacing and sensory-friendly equipment for children of all abilities.
Yes. Restrooms are located in each of the plazas and near the Power Playground.

Rules and regulations
No. Only certified service animals are permitted at PVSC.
The following are not allowed:
- Smoking, vaping, drugs or alcohol
- Glass containers, shelled nuts, gum
- Rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles, scooters or drones
- Barbecues and overnight parking or camping
- Unauthorized signage, tents or advertising
All participants and spectators must comply with the PVSC Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal or loss of field privileges. Details are available at roseville.ca.gov/soccercomplex.
Weather policy
PVSC is an all-weather facility. However, play may be suspended in cases of lightning, poor air quality or other unsafe conditions as determined by City staff.

Yes. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
