The naming of new City of Roseville parks occurs once a year during the month of July. New parks, approved for construction, are eligible to be named.
For 2026, the three parks to be named include:
- DF-50: A 1.9 acre neighborhood park located at Brooksleigh Dr and Canyonland Ct
- KT-51: A 4.24 acre neighborhood park located on Garibaldi Dr just west of Santucci Blvd
- C-60: A 6.8 acre park site adjacent to Winding Creek Elementary School located at Westbrook Blvd and Celebrate Dr
The 2026 name suggestion period is open July 1, 2026 and closes July 31, 2026 at 3pm Pacific.
How to submit a park name
The public is welcome to suggest park names by submitting the fillable form, below, to the City Clerk's office and emailing it to cityclerkroseville@roseville.ca.us by the July 31 deadline.
Next steps and timeline
All suggestions will be thoroughly reviewed by the Parks & Recreation Commission and City Council this Winter, with the decisions for the final park names to be announced in 2027.
