Downtown Library Vision Plan
The City of Roseville is developing a new vision for the Downtown Library located at 225 Taylor Street. The goal is to create a flexible, welcoming gathering space that expands beyond traditional library services to offer enhanced resources, cultural arts, meeting spaces and special events. To support this effort, the City has hired Group 4 Consultants to help guide the project. A key part of the process is gathering feedback from residents and community members to help shape the future of the building and the services it provides. Our vision is to create a thoughtful civic space that celebrates the architectural heritage of the building, reflects the history and character of Roseville and enhances the quality of life for all residents.
