Conversation Club

Conversation Club is a free, drop-in program for adult English language learners looking to practice conversational English through casual group discussion.

Movie Club

Watch a movie and discuss with Movie Club! Learn conversational English watching movies with other learners. This free drop-in program for adults 18 and up. No registration required.

*Please note that the August 14th session has been cancelled. Movie Club will resume on the 21st.

Need a little break while you’re at the library? We’re offering a fun, hands-on activity to help you recharge! Available at all locations while supplies last. For ages 16+

How It Works

• Choose a puzzle or coloring page from the basket
• Borrow the pencils you need
• Take them back to your study space and enjoy a break 
• Return the pencils when finished
• Completed a book review bookmark? Leave it at the front desk and we may display it or pair it with the book

Grab a coffee and celebrate local voices and the stories they bring to life. Join us at The Fig Tree Coffee, Art, & Music Lounge for our Local Author Talk series, where authors discuss their books, share their experiences and connect with readers.

Join the River City Ukulele Orchestra for a free Strum-Along! Song leaders share playing tips and techniques throughout the session as we sing and play a variety of familiar songs together.
