How to Discover When a Photograph was Taken by Examining Props, Clothing, Poses, etc.
Presented by Sandra Harris

Tuesday, August 11, 1:00 pm
Maidu Community Center

Sandra Harris has been doing genealogy for many years and has spent many hours at the Mormon library and California Room in downtown Sacramento. She has researched for people in England, Brazil and Australia as well as the US. Sandra has found that pictures are a great way to ‘flesh’ out a family tree and knowing when they were taken helps define the family. Her presentation will provide multiple clues to help figure out the time frame for old pictures and give a bit of the history of photography as well.
