The Land Development Section reviews, comments, approves, provides information, and provides construction inspection for water, wastewater, recycled water, and solid waste infrastructure for the following:
- Preliminary Project Applications
- Improvement Plans
- Maps and Easements
- Building Plans
- Tenant Improvements
- Well Permits
- Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs)
- Utility Rehabilitation Projects
- Provide Material Evaluation and Technical Advice
Drilling and well permits
Well permits are required for all work relating to wells and bore-holes to maintain and protect the integrity and health of our groundwater basin. To apply, please fill out the following permit application.
