Industrial and commercial facilities that discharge wastewater to the City of Roseville’s treatment plants are required to provide information about the quantity and quality of their discharge.

To streamline this process, building permit applicants must complete the appropriate wastewater compliance form and submit it to the Roseville Building Department through the Online Permitting Services (OPS) Portal with their permit application.
