Small Cell Wireless Permits

You can apply for a permit by contacting the Roseville Electric New Services Division at NewServicesENG@roseville.ca.gov.

It's possible for carriers to attach their Small Wireless Facilities to the following infrastructure:

• Roseville traffic signals
• Roseville Electric utility power poles
• Roseville Electric standalone streetlight poles

To reserve a light please send an email to NewServicesENG@roseville.ca.gov with the location of the proposed light. This can be an address, XML File, or Latitude and Longitude of the light.

Once a reservation request has been made and accepted, you will have ninety (90) days to submit your construction documents for a permit or the reservation will be void.
