An efficient, well maintained HVAC system uses less energy and extends the life of your system. If you're a business in Roseville and you're planning to have your HVAC system tuned-up, be sure to apply between April 1st and September 30th to receive a $250 rebate.

We also offer rebates for Energy Star certified Wi-Fi enabled smart thermostats.

Rebate caps may apply subject to funding availability and at the sole discretion of the Program Manager.

For multifamily properties, only common areas are eligible. If you are considering HVAC tune-ups or smart thermostats in individual units please contact us at 916-79-POWER or elecbizrebates@roseville.ca.us.

  • Seasonal program only. Rebates are offered for invoices dated between April 1st and September 30th.
  • Provide report of tune-up results and remedial action taken.
  • Conduct refrigerant charge diagnosis and recharge system as needed.
  • Check and clean evaporator and condenser coils (if accessible).
  • Replace air filters (electrostatic filters may be cleaned).
  • Verify adequate airflow.
  • Record system size (tons).
