The Northwest Roseville Specific Plan includes 2,663 gross acres located generally west of Washington Boulevard and north of Baseline Road. Single and multi-family residences are the predominant land use in the area, with associated commercial, office and service uses. The Plan area incorporates a significant amount of parklands and open space, a city golf course and several schools, including Woodcreek Oaks High School. The Plan is anticipated to accommodate approximately 23,033 residents and provide 4,236 jobs at build-out. The Plan was adopted in May 1989.
