The Creekview Specific Plan includes 501 acres north and west of the West Roseville Specific Plan. The Specific Plan includes 2,011 single and multi-family residential units, approximately 136 acres of Open Space, 15.7 acres of neighborhood parks, a 7-acre school site, 2.6 acres of utilities sites and 19.3 acres for commercial development. The Plan was adopted on September 19, 2012 and the land was annexed into the City of Roseville on April 17, 2013.
