  • Contact Economic Development to schedule a preliminary review
2. Planning entitlement and building permit submittal
  • If project meets the Facade & Frontage Rebate Program guidelines and funding has been identified, submit project for Planning entitlement
  • If applicable, submit project for building permit
3. Facade & Frontage Rebate Program Application
  • Submit application for the Facade & Frontage Rebate Program
  • Include project cost estimate showing costs eligible for a rebate
  • Funds preliminarily reserved upon approval for application
4. Project Construction
  • Upon issuance of required entitlements/permits, construct project according to Program approval
5.Rebate issuance
  • At permit final, submit receipts for material costs associated with the rebate
  • Economic Development will issue a refund

- First one displaying a closeup of the storefront in its current condition

- Second one displaying the entire building façade with the adjacent buildings on either side

2. One draft copy of proposed elevations
