Through a lottery process, 700 applications were added to the Roseville Housing Authority's 2020 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List.  If your application was selected in the lottery, you received a letter in the mail outlining the next steps required to remain on the Waiting List.  It is important to provide an accurate mailing address.  Application status is available at waitlistcheck.com.
The Roseville Housing Authority's online waiting list for the Project Based Voucher program is now closed effective at 12pm noon, Friday, July 26, 2025.

Participants of the Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance program must immediately report, in writing, any changes in income or assets, and if a family member no longer lives in the unit. Failure to report changes in writing within 15 days that result in the overpayment of the tenant's subsidy amounts will be owed by the tenant to the Roseville Housing Authority.

Report changes form

Changes must be REPORTED AND VERIFIED by the 20th of the month in order for a rent decrease to take place the following month. Failure to properly report changes will result in no change to tenant portion of the contract rent until properly verified.

Proper reporting of changes includes:

  • Completed change form – incomplete forms will be returned for completion
  • Documentation of change(s) being reported (ie: termination letter, notice of action, EDD check stub, etc.)
  • Submittal of all forms needed to obtain 3rd party verification of change(s)
  • Contacting your case manager to ensure that all required documents are provided
EIV is a web-based computer system that contains employment and income information of individuals who participate in HUD rental assistance programs. Housing Authorities are required to use HUD's EIV system.
