The OPEB Trust Review Committee generally meets quarterly to review the performance of the City’s OPEB Trust investment portfolio and market conditions.
The Committee provides comments and input for consideration to the City's senior management regarding the investment asset allocation; the Investment Policy Statement; and the performance of the investment manager against benchmarks and the target rate of return in the Investment Policy Statement.
