Roseville Housing Authority supports local and federal efforts to end homelessness among Placer County veterans. We encourage property owners to participate in our Housing Choice Voucher Program to achieve the goal of providing a home to homeless veterans who have served our country. The property owner will receive a one time $1,000 additional payment for opening your home to a homeless veteran after lease has been signed.
Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) combines the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) rental assistance with case management and clinical services provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for homeless veterans. The VA provides these services for participating veterans at VA medical centers (VAMC's) and community based outreach goals.
