- Roseville Electric utility account number
- Paid-in full invoice including contractor/retailer information and product make and model numbers
- Energy Star certified label
- Invoice must show total cost of project without rebates, any rebate amount advanced, permit fees and net balance due from customer
- Completed and signed application
