Proposed Phillip Road Site project update: FAQs

The City of Roseville appreciates the community's continued interest and engagement in the proposed Phillip Road Site project at 6382 Phillip Road.

The City of Roseville is in the process of reviewing the developer’s application for the proposed Phillip Road Site. The project is undergoing environmental review. As part of this review, the City is required to evaluate a variety of potential uses, whether or not they move forward.

We've recently received some new questions from the public. In response, we have updated the frequently asked questions (FAQs) to address the topics we've heard most often, clarify project details, and provide factual information.

These updates reflect the City of Roseville's commitment to transparency, addressing community questions, and encouraging meaningful public involvement.

One question we've heard is whether a large 'hyperscale' data center is part of the project. It is not. Hyperscale data center projects are not possible in Roseville.

There are no tenants or businesses of any kind currently proposed.
