Meeting Schedule: Regular meetings of the City Council are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m.

Public Comment - Non-Agenda Items: A total of 25 minutes is allotted for public comments.  Each speaker has three (3) minutes to address the Mayor on issues not on the agenda and within the City’s jurisdiction.  Please submit a yellow speaker card to the City Clerk before the item is heard. You will still have an opportunity to comment if you haven’t filled out a yellow speaker card. Under the Brown Act, the City Council cannot discuss or act on items not listed on the agenda.

Public Comment - Agenda Items: Speakers have three (3) minutes on regular agenda items and five (5) minutes on public hearing items. 

Americans with Disabilities Act/Interpreters: If special assistance is required to participate in a meeting, including the need of auxiliary aids or services or assistance with interpreter services, please notify the City Clerk at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting:
