The City of Roseville is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards to meet the needs of our community.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which are recognized as the international standard for web accessibility. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.

2.  Digital ADA Accessibility

The City is committed to ensuring that its digital services, information, and online resources are accessible to the broadest possible audience. The City endeavors to comply or conform with the applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and to align its digital content with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, through reasonable accommodations or equivalent facilitation where appropriate.

As accessibility standards and technologies evolve, the City will make ongoing, good‑faith efforts to maintain and improve the accessibility and usability of its digital platforms for all members of the public.

Individuals who have questions, comments, or concerns regarding the City’s digital accessibility practices, or who wish to request an accommodation, may contact: Information Technology Department DigitalADAAccessibility@Roseville.Ca.Us

3. Ongoing Efforts

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process. Our team regularly reviews content, updates design practices, and tests new pages and features to maintain compliance. Staff members and contractors are trained to create accessible content, and accessibility is integrated into our design and development process.

4. Limitations & Alternatives

While we strive to ensure all content is accessible, some older documents or third-party content may not fully meet accessibility standards. If you encounter an issue, please contact us so we can provide an alternative format or accommodation.

5. Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our websites. If you experience any barriers or need assistance accessing content, please let us know:
